Logan, Carrie, The Giggler, and Stephanie from Mostly Superheroes enjoyed this documentary and we think you will too: ‘The Kings of Tupelo: A Southern Crime Saga’ on Netflix! Subscribe and see more more by clicking this link:

Set in the heart of Tupelo, Mississippi, this three-part docu-series dives into the bizarre and true story of Paul Kevin Curtis, an Elvis impersonator, and Everett Dutschke, a martial arts instructor. When Kevin uncovers what he believes to be an organ harvesting ring, it sets off a feud with Everett that spirals into a series of shocking events, including ricin-laced letters sent to public officials.

Rotten Tomatoes: 7/10

IMDb: 6.6/10

Joel Keller (Decider): "Somehow, the Way brothers make the serious events at the heart of The Kings Of Tupelo: A Southern Crime Saga entertaining and even funny, mainly because they know they have a goldmine of a main character."

Andrew Parker (The Gate): "A wildly entertaining, naturally humorous, and jaw-dropping descent into the world of online conspiracy theories, familial rivalries, and Elvis impersonators."

IndieWire: "Some Crazy S**t Is Going Down in Mississippi in Netflix's 'The Kings of Tupelo' Trailer"

Deadline: "Netflix's 'The Kings Of Tupelo' Docuseries Trailer Exposes City's Seedy Underbelly"

Did you know that Paul Kevin Curtis was actually fired from the North Mississippi Medical Center, which fueled his conspiracy theories about illegal organ harvesting? Talk about life imitating art!

If you love true crime with a twist of humor and a dash of Southern charm, The Kings of Tupelo is a must-watch! It's a wild ride filled with twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Unlike the smooth, modern look of “What If…?”, this animated show will harken back to Peter Parker’s comic book origins as he begins his journey to become Spider-Man.

This version of Peter’s life will feature a bunch of new characters, including Nico Minoru, from the Runaways team; a new crush who isn’t Mary Jane or Gwen Stacey; Amadeus Cho, who becomes a new Hulk in the comics; a Wakandan exchange student; and Harry Osborn, with Harry’s father Norman (voiced by Colman Domingo) serving as Peter’s mentor. (Well, at first, anyway.)

Charlie Cox will be voicing the role of Daredevil, and Doctor Strange will appear as well (though it’s unclear if Benedict Cumberbatch will voice that role). Paul F. Tompkins will voice Bentley Whittman, aka the Wizard.

We’ll also see some classic Spidey villains, including Unicorn, Chameleon, Scorpion, Speed Demon, Tarantula, Rhino, Butane and Doc Ock.

Jeff Trammel (Cartoon Network’s “Craig of the Creek”) is the head writer and executive producer.

Season 2 is also in the works.

MCU Tie-In: Early press materials had indicated that this show is a prequel to the Tom Holland storyline in the MCU, but details unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con 2022 — like the appearance of Harry and Norman Osborn — threw cold water on that idea. So: multiverse!

The complete first season of “Severance” is now streaming on Apple TV+.

This daring experiment in “work-life balance” is called into question as Mark finds himself at the center of an unraveling mystery that will force him to confront the true nature of his work... and of himself. In season two, Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier, leading them further down a path of woe.
