Patric ist Sportwissenschafler und hat einen Master in Sportökonomie. Nach seinem Studium hat er zusammen mit Julia Home of Goals gegründet. Mit Home of Goals haben Sie ein Konzept entwickelt, dass es erlaubt personliche und soziale Kompetenzen gezielt mit Hilfe des Sports zu entwickeln.
Patric verrät uns in diesem Podcast wie der Sport gezielt für die Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen genutzt werden kann. Außerdem verrät er wie durch gezielte Reflektion und Sprache im Sport, Disziplin, Empathie, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit erlernt werden können.
Bewegung macht schlau!
Dr. Frieder Beck ist Autor der Bücher „Sport macht schlau“ und „Bewegung macht schlau“. Im Podcast erklärt Frieder, welche positiven Auswirkungen Sport und Bewegung auf unser Gehirn hat, wie Bewegung unsere exekutiven Funktionen verbessert und was geschieht, wenn wir neue Bewegungsmuster lernen. Außerdem geht er darauf ein wie wir optimaler Weise trainieren sollten und weshalb unerwartete Handlungserfolge so wichtig für das motorisches Lernen sind.
Darüber hinaus erklärt er, wie sich die Corona Pandemie und unser veränderter Alltag auf das Gehirn auswirken und wie wir einigen negativen Folgen entgegenwirken können.

Christian Schwarzer ist Rekordtorschütze der deutschen Handballnationalmannschaft und hat in seiner aktiven Karriere unter anderem die Weltmeisterschaft, die Champions League und die Deutsche Meisterschaft gewonnen.
Im Interview spricht er über seine derzeitige Tätigkeit als Jugendtrainer des saarländischen Handballverbandes und die Herausforderungen der Coronakrise. Außerdem bewertet er das Abschneiden der deutschen Mannschaft bei der WM.
Darüber hinaus schildert Blacky eigene Erfahrungen aus den Bereichen Athletiktraining, Ernährung und Nahrungsergänzung und spricht darüber, wie er bis zu einem Alter von 40 Jahren aktiv Leistungssport betreiben konnte.
Arne Jungjohann ist Physiotherapeut und hat zudem die Weiterbildung zum Manual Therapeuten absolviert. Im Interview spricht er über den Unterschied zwischen manueller Therapie und Physiotherapie und erklärt die Wirkungsweisen einiger therapeutischer Behandlungsmethoden wie dem Triggern, der Mobilisation und der Manipulation.
Außerdem erklärt er warum Gelenke ab und an knacken, ob es möglich ist ein Gelenk ein zu renken und wie der Körper sich an verschiedene Behandlungsmethoden anpasst.
