Arielle bravely shares her infant feeding journey as well as her experience with Post Partum Depression with M.Other Milk. This is a huge percentage and should NOT be overlooked.
The intense and overwhelming emotions that come up when M.Others struggle to feed their newborn are real and can have devastating impact. One of the things that struck me most about my conversation with Arielle was the heartbreaking realization that unfortunately, that first feeding can be a traumatic and negative experience for M.Others.
It is vital to encourage M.Others and ensure they are supported - their mental health and well being has to come first!
