Adey Chekol is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, working with the body, mind and spirit together for transformation that goes beyond the physical body. As a single mother of two, a working mom and a woman with such an incredible journey, Adey is full of so much wisdom and experience. I was honored to chat with her as she shared her childhood as a young creative, the devastation of losing her mother at a young age, a divorce with young children in tote and her journey to discovering her true self in the midst of it all.
