Gillean Barkyoumb, MS, RDN, is a media dietitian, speaker, writer, and
spokesperson who is committed to making nutrition simple and convenient.
Gillean has contributed to respected publications such as Shape,
Women’s Health, Well+Good, My Fitness Pal, and DailyBurn and frequently
shares nutrition tips on various networks including ABC, NBC, and FOX.
She has extensive experience partnering with brands such as Ninja
Kitchen, ALDI, Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, and Fry's as a
spokesperson to promote their products through TV segments, satellite
media tours, social media, and online and print publications. Gillean is
the founder of the What’s for Dinner Club, a membership program that
provides weekly grocery lists and easy, healthy recipes directly to
members. Gillean is also the co-founder of Experts with Influence with
the mission to help other health professionals make an impact and build a
lucrative career by working with the media. You can find her at a group
fitness or yoga class, spending time at her family cabin, or playing
with her three young children.
