I have always been super transparent with you guys about mental health but felt the Lord calling me to be raw and vulnerable in a whole new way.

One that requires me entirely removing the veil to offer hope and encouragement to my brothers and sisters in Christ. So that you know that you're not alone in the pit and that you're coming out, I usually share my mental health struggles after being back on the mountain top.

But this time, God asked me to do something a little different; he asked me to share as I journey back to the mountaintop.
