Thoughts of Suicide, Homicide, Depression and Kidnapping come across so many individuals minds during the spring and summer! Mothers Day falls during this season, whether it is a direct trigger or part of a trigger is unclear, but from my experience as a speaker and mentor to individuals in inpatient treatment facilities there is a correlation to their admission to these facilities and these special days.
Today my special guest Ken Thomas a son who never received his mothers love while she was alive, and myself the host of this show never received her mothers love want our audience to know that neither of these are the answer or should be considered for the day will pass and become yesterday! We want to encourage you and bring you hope that living above ground without a mothers love is possible!
So many individuals suffer from depression, chronic and acute illness, and sadness whose mother may be deceased, or their mother is alive with no relationship to their children this day! You are not alone and fortunately somebody loves you! We do!
My guest and I are proof you can endure this tremendous pain and resolve to keep on living, building and keeping a heart of love - especially never receiving love or validation from your mother dead or alive!
