Today our guest is Jackie Rogers. Jackie Rogers is an Online Registered Dietitian Nutrition Coach and the owner of The Knowledge to Nourish. Through her one-on-one nutrition coaching program, she helps moms heal their relationship with food, body, and movement so they can lose the guilt and stress around food, trust their body to guide their eating, rediscover the pleasures of eating, learn to appreciate their unique and amazing body, engage in movement they enjoy, and be an incredible role model to their kids. She uses the Intuitive Eating Principles, which is an evidenced-based, self-care eating framework. Jackie also supports moms and parents with their feeding practices so their kids can grow up with food and body confidence. In this episode, Jackie shares:
