Our guest today is Chiffon. Chiffon and I are friends who became family. She and I met on the first day of 6th grade. I remember it so clearly, we had homeroom together and she walked in and it was just a vibe (and a bit of jealousy 😇), and I wanted to be near her. We were inseparable for quite some time. As we've grown up through life we've maintained our relationship and have just been in each other's corner for so many things.

Chiffon is a single mother of 1, who has had to navigate coparenting and maintaining relationships for the sake of her daughter. And honestly, I feel like Chiffon is the most resilient, real, assertive, hardworking, open minded person I have ever known. She really does parenthood in a way that works for her and her daughter. AND she truly is so empathetic, she can see perspective in all situations and has always been that way. So, I'm excited to have her here taking us through her motherhood journey, her approach to self care and just all things life. She truly embodies the idea of "being the type of mother that works for you". I hope, as a listener, you are able to connect with her journey and find gems that can benefit yours.
