Four months ago, Jenny came into a CEO Reset session with a desire to do more.

With two daughters now 15 and 19, she was ready to step into the next chapter of her career and use her experience, knowledge and leadership in a much bigger way within the ECE industry.

And wow… look at what has happened since.

Jenny has held local events for parents, helping families understand the importance of creating happy, connected homes. We talk about the three fundamental areas of development for babies, sleep, eat and play, and why getting these foundations right matters so much.

She shares what best practice really looks like inside an early childhood centre, what it means to raise the standard of care, and how she is now taking that knowledge beyond her own centre through online webinars, training and education for other teachers and providers.

But what I love most about Jenny's story is that her vision is so much bigger than one centre.

She doesn't just want to create an amazing environment for the children and families she personally works with. She wants to help lift the standard across the entire ECE industry.

Umm, this is a exercise to save till the weekend, because it's the big one. Its all about identity, not another habit tracker, not another plan, but the question underneath all of it: who do I need to become?

Umm, this one hit different. This week I sat down with a group of women mid-way through our Back to You reset and we went deep on something I think every woman in her mid-30s to 45s needs to hear, cortisol, hormones, stress, and why it's messing with your fat loss way more than you realise.

Because here's the thing nobody tells you: as estrogen starts to decline in your mid-30s and 40s, it takes the buffer with it. The same stress load that used to roll off you now hits so much harder. And if you're stuck in that cycle of high stress → cravings → bad sleep → more stress, it's not a willpower problem. It's physiology.

If you've been feeling flat, foggy, unmotivated or just off and you can't figure out why,  this one's for you. Sometimes it's not mindset. Sometimes your body is just trying to tell you something.

I've always been the person who loves to work. Motivated, creative, all in, that's just me. So when this year rolled around and I couldn't find my groove, I knew something wasn't right.

For months I put it down to burnout. I pulled back from socials, stopped the 5am workouts, cut my screen time, started pilates, gave myself real permission to rest and still felt nothing. Brain fog so thick I couldn't get ideas out of my head. Weight creeping up despite doing everything right. Bloating, fluid retention, and for the first time ever, genuinely negative thoughts about my own ability. That last one scared me, because that is just not me.

It took almost six weeks of doing the bare minimum before I finally got my bloods done. The results? Low iron, an underachieving thyroid, and very high B12. My iron was sitting at 15, and the normal range starts at 20.

In this episode I'm sharing everything, what the symptoms actually felt like, how easy it was to write it off as just being a tired mum, the iron infusion experience, and how I'm feeling five days on.
