Ubasuka es una agrupación colombiana que combina el metal con instrumentos ancestrales, en una constante búsqueda de identidad y de equilibrio para las generaciones presentes y futuras.

Construida alrededor de Laine, la banda principal incluye a cuatro músicos adicionales: el experimentado y diverso baterista Mikko Pietinen aporta experiencia desde el stoner rock (MANNHAI) hasta el pop rock mainstream finlandés (KASMIR, etc.), mientras que el guitarrista principal/rítmico Peter Salonen (THE KINKY THING; una banda que interpreta covers de las leyendas finlandesas del rock psicodélico KINGSTON WALL) es un rostro bastante nuevo en la escena. El quinteto se completa con el tecladista Kim Rantala (ex-AMORPHIS) y el vocalista Mikko Kotamäki (SWALLOW THE SUN, etc.; en vivo).
