Welcome Back to Praise Break Wednesday !!

In this week’s episode, I share my experience of being in motion sickness. Tired of doing and going. Tired of moving without intention and just pure routine. Listen as I share 5 ways to get healed from the sickness that comes from going through the motion. I share what helped me but please feel free to share what helps you! We can always learn from each other. My prayer for anyone who is just sick of the routine, season, or chaos of life that they are up against is that the almighty God will give you peace and strength to get through what you’re going through. I pray God will surround you with and in His perfect love. I pray God will give you perspective for your new beginning. I pray that God will order and guide your steps. Amen.

 

Let’s try and get up. Wash your face. Shower. Read a book. Take your vitamins. Go outside. Create a list of things you need/want to do. Create a list of things you have done. Just show up for yourself. And don’t negate the REST. You are needed. You are loved. And you are capable of doing hard things too.
