Today on Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio Eric F and Eric G are going to dispell the myth that high rep WEIGHT training is the best way to create longevity and keep the ligaments, tendons, and joints injury free! We will not only instruct you and give our family our own training examples but we have you wanting to go out and get acquainted with One Rep Precision!

This nonsense of blitzing and bombing six days per week, giant sets, multiple reps repeated every 10 seconds for even bigger gains is sheer lies. The muscle rags which have endorsed this type of behavior for decades have hurt and I'm sure discouraged many young lifters from ever reaching their true potential and ultimately they quit training. There is always room for repetitions in your training if that's what you want but we need to be sensible about it.
So let's get into the steel and stones of the Podcast. One rep training with Maximum Weights is the most enjoyable training we believe in. Why do you need more than one rep to derive more power and size than anything out there in the weight world? The reason why you have never gone after one rep training is that all the experts have told you how dangerous it is. Heres two experts who have hours upon hours in it who tell you flat out how Great it is! There is nothing like getting into the Power Rack and having complete safety which allows you to go after any weight in complete safety. We talk about isometric holds, different positions to lift the weight from and of course our favorite way to lift in the Rack called Dead Start!

I want to Welcome everyone to our 3 way Podcast Show Titled CMC and Breakdown. Eric starts our show off with Frank and Don talking about Frank's instructor certification course titled how to start steel club & mace training at your own gym. Frank goes into full detail of this course along with the dates, informational website and Frank's contact number for any other questions.
The next subject we hit with sledgehammer precision is our second topic Titled Breakdown. We start right off with a society that is devolving with their weak trends, virtually no discipline and a life of victimhood. This is now the norm in the world rather than the exception to the rule! We hit upon some keywords we feel really sum up much of today's world. A couple right off the bat to ponder are an entitlement and lazy! Another set of key points is how weakness is acceptable not only in society but in the government-controlled schools! Another key point of our discussion is when you create and accept a weak body the mind becomes lazy and easily fed anything that society and learning establishments want you to believe!
Now, let's start on some OF OUR solutions to the Breakdown of the world. Too many people live upside down and never live to their potential. One of the biggest things we can do is to take and spread the Motivation and Muscle Message to the entire world. We want to inspire and move as many people as we can to not only believe in themselves but have a sense of unstoppable confidence! Next, we need to have men once again retake their role back into the world. They'll tell you the world has changed and Men need to know their place in today world but few do. Our wiring has been the same since the beginning of time. No matter how it gets watered down by society men will always be what they started with!

Persevere No Matter, What-Eric Fiorillo, The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Gary Clarke to the Podcast.Gary is a World Strongest Disabled Man Athlete, Powerlifter, Inspirational Speaker and WSDMA contest organizer.
Eric and Gary start our Podcast Today Titled Persevere No Matter, What with some sad news about the Great Stone Lifting Giant Steve Jeck. Steve is in poor health and is asking all of us for Prayers. Steve is a Giant in my life and all of my training is dedicated to him. We also talked heavily about the word Gratitude. Show appreciation for whatever it is no matter how big or how small. This practice of Gratitude will change your life forever!
You want to talk about Perseverance, Attitude and Desire Gary is the poster Man for it all. Gary was born with Cerebral Palsy which requires him to get around using crutches or a cane. The only time you'll see Gary using a wheelchair is when he is competing in Disabled Strongman Events. As Gary professes loud and proud he is proud to take this disability and make it work for him and not against him. Gary tells Eric there is no obstacle big enough to stop him!
Perseverance is more than just a word it is truly about building all of your goals through the inner part of your being out. Here at FBC and M&M, I've coined the name Strength Resolve. For me, this is where it all begins! We also us the slow strengthing method with Perseverance for many reasons! The one that really sticks out is our longevity in Physical Culture!
We finish our outstanding Podcast Titled Perseverance No Matter, What with some really strong points to think about. Everything we talk about here and build upon for a lifetime is Physical Culture. Why? I believe that no matter what it is we lift it will touch something off within our brain which will create a lifetime of power! This is the example of a student of mine who didn't want to lift sandbags. Once the got in shape and decided to take my challenge they were hooked. The next thing I knew they were lifting stones! Thought, Challenge, and Perseverance are many of the ingredients to live, build and succeed in a life filled with all kinds of possibilities.Do I challenge your Perseverance?

Today is another milestone in the ongoing march of Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 with another exciting Podcast Titled Fathers and Sons. Today I welcome Mark Boggs and his son Corbin to the show. Corbin who is 23 years old and has followed in his father's footsteps to be a Powerlifter. We will exam the Why and dive into why a Father is so needed in the formative years and beyond of a young man's life.
We talk about the motivating factor as to why Corbin started training and it was from watching his Father lift at the age of 12 years old at Westside Barbell. Corbin then started lifting and competing in meets along with his Father. We really get into our roles as men and the word defined as Masculinity. Mark tells us that Corbin is a product of Masculinity where he builds from the inside out just like all of us successful people do. The emphasis will always be on your decisions and the circle of people you surround yourself with.
We talk about the exhilaration of working in the Power Rack and how short range heavy movements can make significant strength gains! We even have a conversation how the Power Rack can be a big friend to you when you're on a weight loss program! We then discuss the current weight training program Corbin is on to further his strength gains and to get ready for his Power Lifting meet in early May 2018.
