Be diligent to guard your thoughts, because where our thoughts go eventually we will follow them. Don't sit in your pain and nurse it too long because it will eventually lead you to bitterness and hatred. This is your time! Get up out of the pain and ask God to help you forgive when you're struggling to forgive. It is possible to forgive what you can't forget. Trust God!

Dealing with unforgiveness can be a heavy load to carry. It's time to stop masking our pain and deal with the hurts buried deep inside so we can heal and move forward in a healthy and beautiful way.

Forgiveness doesn't have to make sense, it just need to be given.

Life can be cruel. Sometimes we are left picking up the pieces and struggle to make it through our day, but be encouraged that God is on your side and he is here to offer healing to those hurting places.

Today's topic is experiencing God's Blessings. I am honored to have met a beautiful family from Pakistan that loves the Lord Jesus Christ. The children's Sunday School class ministered to me and sang over me leaving me filled with the love of God and the peace of the Holy Spirit.
