Motivation. There is more ways to motivate than I can count. Some examples though would nice, right?
Goals - Have a target to aim for in the first place can get you moving. Name it!
Pain/Pleasure Principle - It is science folks. Yes you probably know, but every living creature is motivated by pleasure, and discouraged from pain. But, what if something painful is what you need motivation for?
Self Image - The way you see yourself. A somewhat true, and somewhat fictional story you have in your head about who you are can serve to motivate or not. Maybe you should evaluate. We never rise above our self belief.
Past and Future - Great to think about good ol' days, or make big plans for your future! But if you revel in a negative past (depression) or future (anxiety) these can literally screw your life up! Mental health is exceptionally important. If you ruminate constantly on negative past or future your crippled. Get HELP!
Powerful WHY - Why do you need motivation? For what goal or purpose? Beyond that is it for family, retirement, self-esteem, health, security, sanity, etc. Define it with a powerful WHY!
