Our guest Timmie Labér Craig has FAI.  A web search for the condition will tell you that Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) is a caused by extra bone which grows along one or both of the bones that form the hip joint giving the bones an irregular shape. Because they do not fit together perfectly, the bones rub against each other during movement.   

Timmie's story began after running and feeling pain which led to a complete stop in her movement but this story is so much more.

After diagnosis and surgery she returned to running and made staggering progress.   She's an inspiration to speak to and you can here her interview here on Motivation Fuel

Vincent, Vinne, Vinchenzo or just plain Vin was part of the school of hard knocks at a young age and by his early 20's found himself on the wrong side of the law with drugs and alcohol abuse. 12 years ago and with concerns about his health weight Eamonn Brady decided he needed to change his life and started running.  Now he's a coach and mentor to many and despite being an accomplished runner from 5k to 100 miles on every type of terrain, he more often than not runs with others to motivate and encourage.

Debi was overweight, smoked 20 cigarettes + a day and tried different activities in the gym but nothing seemed to sticK until a chance encounter with a friend  who had lost weight through running set the wheels in motion.  She's now a running instructor, revisited many of those gym activities, helped countless others and is ready to tell you that anyone can do it!!
