Motivation. It is not an easy thing to maintain. We know what we need to do, but knowing what we need to do just isn't enough to ensure we take action on our goals. Many of the techniques to help with motivation are task oriented; they are left brain focused. The problem with this is it is just not enough. We need to engage our right brain as well as our left brain. Let me tell you more in this episode and help you find ways to reach your goals and the lifestyle you are looking to achieve.
