Okay ... the title is a bit ridiculous but if you have ever watched the move "Taledega Nights" with Will Ferrell as Ricky Bobby, you'll know EXACTLY what I mean.

No matter the goal ... we are going to have those thoughts that hold us back at some point.  On yesterdays podcast I talked about what that looks like and in TODAYS podcast I gave you a more visceral example so you REALLY feel it.  ;)
