Mane I'm proud of what we have contributed towards one another's pathway as we continue with the same energy that we started with as the year started. Collaboration over competition and remember at the top is collaboration and the bottom is competition.

Part 2 of the interview continues with this young man and we reflect on the many challenges that have faced us. His failure on school has become a stepping stone and reminded him of the mind shift he had to take to make sure he lives a different reality for himself.

I'm so proud of the way he has taken responsibility for his own life and actually considered how every decision he had made lead him up to where he found himself. His mother plays a huge role in reminding him of how much he is loved and appreciated. He also acknowledges that Rome wasn't built in a day.

Prepare for the future now and focus yourself on who you would like to be. Make the necessary SACRIFICES and you'll thank yourself. Until the next episode.

These are opportunities to reflect on the mistakes I made as a young man and also trying to advise him to do better and be aware of the choices he made.

This entire episode is in my native language IsiXhosa for the mere fact of me acknowledging certain points can be understood spoken in a our mother tongue. Learn to teach while you are also learning.

Yet another segment of my current state of mind as I woke up and decided to be grateful for who I am. This indeed has been a challenge year and yet I choose to persevere towards my future.

The mentality I choose to build up is one that im proud of especially during hard times. Woke up and decide to count my blessings and all the people in glad are in my life. It could have been even harder for me as a man if I had not been mentally prepared for all that im facing .

To the queen whom I called my mother, continue resting in paradise and acknowledge your amazing work in the spiritual realm as I give praises to your groundwork which you laid in order for us as your children to be here under grace. I thank the Almighty for giving you strength through the trials and tribulations you went through as you fully owned your life and decide to strive for your children. I've had the honor to have called you my mother and will continue to honour your name and celebrate your amazing life.

I am said that physically you're not here but spiritually I am glad you are there guiding us through the hardships of life. I'm proud to be his son and may you continue protecting us from above.

Back with my current state of mind as this will be a quick one as we are in the 4th quarter of the year.Jordan year is ending and there's is plenty we can be grateful for. I never thought this journey would lead up to this point but let's continue as we head towards another episode venturing into the concrete jungle.

This episode is one that I took time to acknowledge the amazing work my mother did when she was alive. We forget too often to be grateful to our parents for the SACRIFICES they made for us to be in the position we find ourselves. I dedicate this one to the woman whom gave birth to me and the amount of love and care she had for us as her children.

Though tough times will come,I'll continue to remind myself of the honour of having being your son. I am this wise and intelligent because of the genes I inherited from you. You're such an amazing person who I always looked up to.

While you might not be physically here and it hurts, you're still spiritually with us.Keep watching over us mama as we strive for our future.

This one has been long overdue. Many thanks to you brother for being such an amazing human being. I'd like to first be thankful for your time and words.

You've actually made me realize how important my work is and the life journey I have found myself in. Your honesty about how my work is moving you in ways many don't take acknowledgement of. From a young age I've always seen you as an individual who is so smart and a true believer in himself.

The amazing thing is that you see greatness in you . You decided to lead with that happiness. I'm in awe of you brother and the many ways I've touched you with my work. You showed your gratitude and appreciation for what I represent.

An episode which has been long overdue.Such an honour to be in his presence and having this talk with him. Just wanted to let him know of the importance of his presence throughout my journey.

This is an opportunity for the both of us to reflect on the path we've walked and the many lessons we learnt along it. Much of what we go through humbled us and prepared us for the tribulations we faced. Fatherhood is what we both have in common but also the hardships which we do our best to inspire one another. His mother is a pillar of strength and guidance. She continues to mother him as a young man and father to his son.

I'm in complete awe of what you've achieved grootman and I still look up to you. The power of you embracing your struggle and giving your all is what I admire most. Keep being a beacon of hope and strength for yourself and loved ones .

Such an inspiring man whom I respect dearly. Took some opportunity to have him on the podcast as I'm grateful for his presence. This is the man whose influence has echoed into my life in a positive and sustainable world.
