In this episode of Motivational Mentors, Arsenio and Luke discuss mental health. Now, neither Arsenio or Luke are medical professionals but have both overcame came mental health challenges in the past. Not by taking pills but by discovering the personal development industry.

As documented not in just this episode of Motivational Mentors but in many others, Arsenio grew up in a part of America where we saw some life-changing events especially the aftermaths of gun crime which as you imagine can have a much impact on one's mental health. Luke, on the other hand, experienced a period of overwhelm, depression and severe anxiety during his late teens where he couldn't even walk into a supermarket. Both very different experiences of mental health challenges, but neither should be ignored.
