MOTM #666: I Don’t Believe in Charging Your Worth

Whoever came up with the idea to “charge your worth” didn’t know what the hell they were talking about. I’m it’s well intentioned and it’s a saying to encourage others to charge more for their services, but “worth” is something ill-defined and highly subjective. Wouldn’t it be better to charge what you need? Because damn it, well deserve to make enough to live our best lives.
