Job 19:23-27

As children of God, we will never be forsaken or forgotten by the Father. Our savior, Jesus Christ, was forsaken by the Father as he hung upon the cross, as He cried out with a loud voice. How dark that must have been. We are blessed beyond measure to never face that darkness. Pastor Kenneth Brantley reflects from Psalm 22 which foreshadowed the words of Jesus.

Pastor Kenneth Brantley reminds again of the great blessing of the Holy Spirit! The Spirit is active in the regeneration of His people and is with us throughout our lives. May we pray for felt presence of the Holy Spirit to be with us, and give thanks for the blessings it brings.

How blessed are we to have received the word of God, being first born of The Spirit. May we believe His truths and trust His word, and be Baptized because of His merciful sacrifice that paid our sin debt.
