Mount Rushmore of Black & White Films 🎬Being we are both Gen Xers, the old days of black and white films were well before our time, but all the same we can appreciate a good movie, regardless of when it was made. Black and white films are a thing of the past, but occasionally one will still get made in modern day Hollywood.In part because of that, most of the movies we chose were made in our lifetimes. So the director made a conscious decision to shoot the movie in black and white when most movies were being filmed in color. Sometimes it was a statement, sometimes it was an issue of budget.
