Hello from Mount Shasta, friends.
Today marks both the Full Moon and Imbolc, the Celtic celebration of the midpoint between the Solstice and the Equinox. It is a potent moment to slow down, listen inward and connect to your inner wisdom.
Because of travel schedules, I wasn't able to hold a live meditation today, but I did record one for you while I was sitting at Bunny Flats on Mount Shasta. Shasta has long been considered one of the sacred spiritual sites of our planet, often referred to as the Root Chakra of Mother Earth. I found a spot under two pine trees, grounded my feet into the soil and recorded this meditation for you.
I hope you enjoy it, complete with nature sounds and no music
