Join us this week as we explore what it means to see God as both an intimate friend in which we can always be honest, as well as a transcendent guide whose mysterious path we strive after, even when we can’t see the whole picture. In this message we wade through humanity’s ancient tendency to construct ideas of God in images and forms in which we can understand, control, and manipulate. As we move toward a deeper acceptance and appreciation of an unfathomable God, we learn to trust and be more open in this lifelong journey of faith.
