July 18, 2015Episode 1: Caitlin Pascucci | Burgers, Beer, and Yoga.Caitlin Pascucci. This girl knows how to get after it! Founder and owner of Sangha Studio, Burlington VT's first (and only) nonprofit, donation-based yoga studio, Caitlin is busy paving her own way through the yoga world. During our talk she shares her story about how she went from being bribed into a yoga classes with the promise of post-practice burgers, to leaving her day job and opening up her own studio. What inspires me most about Caitlin is her authenticity and genuine desire to follow her own path. In a town with yoga studios on every block, it takes a real commitment and passion to be successful and so far Caitlin is doing just that. Caitlin's story is a great example about how yoga can help us to tune in and trust the wisdom of our hearts, and how it leads us to where we need to be. If you find yourself in Burlington, VT get yourself over to Sangha Studio for a class. Caitlin and everyone else involved with Sangha are working hard to live up to the name. There is truly a community and family vibe to the space and it shines through during every class. Beautiful things are coming out of this studio!
