Alex P. Plasky is one of the most positive people I know and has every reason not to be!
In this episode, you will learn:
~
About Alex P. Plasky:
Alex Plasky is a quadriplegic motivational speaker and filmmaker. Alex is well known for his strong ability to connect with his audience. He tells his life story in a fun and creative way, incorporating inspiring life lessons in each story. Alex also uses storytelling in the film he creates. Connecting with the audience and creating a life-changing video.
As a child, Alex’s first memory was living in a car with his parents and four other siblings. Then soon after, they felt lucky to sleep in a homeless shelter for a month. After that, his family was constantly on the move. Eventually, social services did get involved because of: lice, malnourishment, his living environment, etc. Alex was placed in foster care and was eventually reunited with his father, to only lose him one year later to lung cancer. Alex then went through two other homes. When life was finally getting better, he had a horse accident and broke his neck, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down.
Alex is living proof that the materials he presents work. Alex was held back in school and struggled in many classes because of years of homeschooling. Yet, he went from failing grades in middle school; to being an honors student and top of the class at Full Sail University. This presentation will give you a different perspective on life and the tools to create a life worth living.

Do you want to build a 7-figure coaching business?
In this episode, you will learn:
~
About Brooke Elder:
Brooke Elder started her business to help others and spend more time with her family than in her normal 9-to-5. But, quickly, she found herself working more and more hours and spending less and less of the precious time with her family. Brooke knew something had to give.
Since implementing Systems with Strategy into her own business, Brooke went from 27 employees down to 7 and has increased her client satisfaction rating by 200 percent.
Brooke was able to create a seven-figure business while working just seven hours a week, all because of automation. This has allowed her husband, four kids, and two dogs to live the dream they’ve always wanted of sailing around the world.

Our guest on this episode of The Mountain Top Motivation Podcast is Michele Ogston!
In this episode Michele shares how she built a $30,000 a month coaching business through vibrationally aligning with her goals. Michele believes that success starts on the inside and then manifests on the outside.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
About Michele Ogston:
Michele Ogston has been nicknamed “The Everyday Empath Coach” because she has a knack for blending the linear mind with the spiritual soul. She inspires empaths, introverts, and soul-driven people to recognize they are not actually stuck. Still, more often than not, they are applying the same set of behaviors and patterns to situations that no longer serve them.
After her own struggles with feeling stuck, she has dedicated her work to inspire people to look within to find the answers.
Michele’s own life experiences with childhood trauma, PTSD, codependency, and the “un-doing” of a religious upbringing provide her with a unique perspective and empathy.
Her willingness to “lean into” your experiences with you helps you feel safe and not alone.
She is on a mission to teach people how to connect from within by trusting their intuition so they can stop feeling lost and lonely and start living with faith and not fear.

Today on the Mountain Top Motivation Podcast, Jarrett Ingram speaks on the importance of growing your team! Most entrepreneurs wait to scale up their team until after they have the revenue to justify it. Jarrett makes the argument that this is backwards. He follows the Field Of Dreams Principle in business which is if you build it the sales will come!
In Jarrett’s experience as a consultant, he’s heard many clients admit to not scaling the business because they don’t yet meet a certain level of sales. But in reality, it should be the other way around. When you scale the team the sales will follow! In this episode Jarrett explains how to scale your business to 7-figures, what prevents most entrepreneurs from going from six figures to seven figures, and why money is rocket fuel to everything you want in business!
In this episode, you’ll learn:
About Jarrett Ingram:
Jarrett Ingram is a forward-thinking leader with a proven record of accomplishment in building teams, training, leadership and development. He is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in corporate training and people development.
He is a revenue driver who intentionally implements culture and leadership to enable business outcomes, he is an international public speaker and a people multiplier.
