Workaholism, alcoholism, cynicism… ‘Isms’ were a poor cover for Cora’s unhappiness. When a catastrophe at work revealed her blind spots, Cora resolved to become a better boss for her employees and, more importantly, for herself. She discovers the spillover effect developing self-awareness has on all her relationships and finds true belonging with people she cares about.
