Knox Logan leaves the Army looking forward to a slower pace of life, but discovers small-town police work doesn’t provide the same adrenaline rush as Afghanistan. Being back in Mountain also opens an old wound, when a police call takes him to his high school sweetheart’s door. 

Logan comes to terms with his past, and in doing so, gets a second chance to create the life he always wanted.
