We all have desires. So when are they good and when are they not so good? What are the penalties for crossing those boundaries? To succeed in the game of life we have to get a handle on 'Rogue Desires.'

None of us like liars or lies. It feels really bad to be lied to or about. It seems evil. But what about when we are the culprit? How do we violate the ideal of truth in overt and subtle ways and how can we change?

The Eighth Commandment - Do not steal

Like hot sand under our feet, entitlement keeps us moving, searching, looking for something more. But the problem is, sometimes there isn’t more. God has designed us to work best within certain guidelines. One of these guidelines is, “do not commit adultery.” We can’t go there. Period. This is a message about not going there and why.

Human life is sacred because people are made in the image and likeness of God! Yet, Jesus made it clear that there's more to the 6th Commandment than just abstaining from taking a life physically. How do we discern and 'kill' the killer in each of us?

In the 5th commandment the emphasis changes from our relationship with God to our relationship with others, namely our parents. We honor God by honoring our mother and father. Today’s message unpacks the biblical concepts of faith and honor and also reveals what one of Jonathan's favorite childhood toys was.

Sometimes a strategic time out can shift the momentum and change the game in sports. But it's also true in life. It's how you use the time out that matters.
