He didn't have headphones, so he didn't catch it and Karrah yelled at him for it way too late.  Also, he disparages Kevin from the Backstreet Boys because he registers that Karrah said Brian for some reason. Chris is annoyed with poor hygiene and Karrah is annoyed with a concerning voicemail.
