Northwest Center's Carmen Landecho, Director of Financial Opportunity Center and Housing Counseling, shares her goals of improving the lives of Belmont Cragin community members through educational programs such as Women Forward and Adelante.

Women Forward is a Latina-centered financial education program designed to create a safe space for setting goals and building financial confidence. Adelante is a workforce development cohort designed for Latinos seeking a job by obtaining the digital skills and financial coaching needed to gain meaningful, long-term employment.
