Temper Tantrum Dance Company's podcast talks about a recent workshop where they focused on individual freestyle dancing and its impact on their relationship with their partners in the company. The workshop was led by Sean, who gave them prompts to reflect on the impression they give off to others while dancing. The podcast highlights the intimate nature of the exercise, as well as the vulnerability it required, as they danced in front of partners they didn't know too well. The podcast also explores how the exercise helped to create a non-verbal connection with their partners and how this form of communication is just as important as verbal communication.

During our retreat participated in activities that strengthened our emotional connections and trust with one another.
