The reason why so many of us are feeling that there's more and having more interest in spirituality because it's become very felt in how we are operating as individual and as a collective is truly no longer serving us. As a Korean woman, single mom there were so many stories that kept me from staying in my body and from the knowing that I am more than those stories.

The truth is we have full autonomy in how we want to experience our lives as women and as mothers. We just have to gather the courage to move through all those stories within our bodies in a deeply compassionate, loving and empowering way to come back home to ourselves and awaken to the inner artist and Goddess within us.
