In this episode, I reflect on my first dance performance since coming back from surgery—an interactive piece I performed in Austin at the university. I also talk about a recent Gene Keys session where the feedback didn’t land as I’d hoped, but how the experience helped me grow, re-center, and deepen my trust in the process.
