HAPPY PRIDE. It's June, the gays have all come out to play and our movie podcast has been taken over by all the gayness we just can't contain anymore. Our first of two gay themed films being reviewed is 2007's Shelter. In addition to our review, we give you more about your hosts as we share are stories and experience with being gay in different ways. We hope you enjoy our episode and we hope you are having a wonder Pride Month so far.

Here is our latest episode, for a first time viewing from Rob and a re-watch from Shawn, we tackle the loved fantasy tale The Princess Bride, Shawn gives some interesting facts as Rob talks about this film after a huge hype behind it. Did it alter my thoughts on the film? Also, what movies should you be ashamed of for not seeing to this day? We talk about that and more on Ep.54 of "Movie Geek & Proud".

Here we are again. A month of movies viewed for the first time. Rob watches Reservoir Dogs for the first time despite his love/hate relationship with Quentin Tarantino. We discus him and his films during our question of the week and listen to our reactions as we review the film. How did this movie hold up for Shawn? Did Rob join the camp of Tarantino appreciation for his auteur filmmaking?

We also talk about our monthly #proudmoviedraft lottery and stay and listen to our post credit scene. Enjoy another episode of Movie Geek and Proud.

This is for those MGs who are waiting for the crowd to settle, the ones with not much time to see the film on opening weekend, those who were unable to get tickets because they sold out. Separating our full discussion on the film, we decided to give you a review spoiler free if you don't see it this weekend or this week. Keeps you from listening to the main episode and possibly hearing something you don't want to hear.

Movie Geek & Proud give rates and reviews based on 5 specific points of entertainment. Engagement, Writing, Acting, Rewatchablity, and Recommendation.

On Wed, our spoiler filled discussion will be more of a celebration than a review as we joint rank the movie in different categories. Will your favorite moments be mentioned on our episode? Tune in Wed for that and enjoy this spoiler free review of Avengers: Endgame

It is Year Two MGs On this very day in 2018 Shawn and Rob started a podcast which mentioned this film and that we should review it. What better way to start the new year then reviewing the film mentioned in our very first episode.

We also have our Question of the Week, our Movie Geek of the Week, and a story submission for our "Brenda" segment.

This is the start of some changes people and we hope you enjoy what is to come on Year Two.
