And so basically, when we go on an authentic spiritual journey, we have to admit to ourselves, okay, we're facing distraction through our five senses, but our intuitive self is calling us deeper inward into the mind to an inspiring journey that has a lot of thoughts and beliefs that are blocking us from experiencing life.
