We released a mid season review as a bonus - now we're back for the rest!  Lucky for you we've included a HUGE discussion about the current state of the MCU!

Even if you haven't seen Nacho Libre, you probably are aware of it and can imagine what it is.  Listen in as we discuss what we do like (Joe) and don't like (Ryan).  We also ramble on for nearly half the episode about movies as an industry in total as it relates to trends in gender swapping, vehicles for specific actors, and a lack of originality.  Pretty gripping stuff!

We are so fortunate to have stumbled across this masterpiece!  Genuinely, Hawk and Rev is incredibly fun and self aware and is exactly the kind of movie anyone (at least any adult) would be happy to watch to unwind with friends.

A story about redemption, growth, revenge, violence, and warped views of justice, this is much more of an experience than it is entertainment or escapism. If you have doubts about watching it, listen in as we discuss this unique film. If you don’t have doubts about watching it, listen all the same!

Loki has so far proved to be a pretty decent show with a lot more creativity and depth than we would have expected.  In this episode, we discuss what we thought might happen, what has been avoided, where things might go next, and some pop culture ranting (of course)!

This is an incredible movie with an unbelievable cast that most people have never heard of.  Tune in to find out what we do and don't like, some patterns we've picked up on, and some other rants about why great movies often go unnoticed and under-appreciated.

This was a surprise episode for me, Ryan, and I didn't know what we were getting into.  To be clear and up front - everyone should be able to live their lives without fear of harassment or violence due to their race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or any other traits that make up who they are.  Media moving towards portrayal of all types of people as being capable of great things is an excellent step forward for society in general and will give billions of people the opportunity to watch others like them doing things they want to do.

Jared Leto stars as Nemo - a 118 year old man... or maybe a 9 year old child who has lived - or will live - an interesting life with his wife, Elise... or Jean... or Anna?  Or maybe he is a widower...  Honestly the movie doesn't make much more sense than this synopsis.  Just listen to us and avoid the headache of the movie all together - or come listen if you have seen this movie and just need to work some things out!

This film, based on a true story, is one of the most touching cinematic experiences either of us have experienced in quite a while.  It is a story of passion, competition, family, responsibility, and friendship dressed up as a racing movie.  There truly is something for everyone here.
