Welcome to Movie Time Machine, where this week in the year 2004, we revisit the iconic horror film Saw. Celebrating its 15th Anniversary, Saw has aged gracefully, keeping its goreish figure intact. That’s more than can be said for your hosts: Kris and Casey awoke chained to a pipe, with Jamie lying in the middle of the room in a pool of his own blood. Chad watches it all from a camera hidden in the wall, recording the entire saga. Each host shares their top 5 scariest horror films, with the hope that their movie knowledge and acumen will save them from their fate. Happy Halloween!
Welcome to Movie Time Machine, where this week in 2014, your hosts are leaving Earth. Jamie has been sending signals from a distant planet in a far off galaxy, beckoning his fellow hosts to join him. James, Casey and Kris are all dealing with the effects of the relativity of time, while Chad is stubbornly homesteading his dusty farm on Earth. Through it all they take a journey across space and time, powered by the ultimate rocket fuel: the power of love. Join us!

Welcome to Movie Time Machine, Monster Closet edition! This week, the schooner dropped your two hosts Chad and Jamie on this godforsaken rock, where they must podcast until the ship returns in six weeks. They cover mermaids, madness, and tentacles. See how long they make it into the episode before their sanities start to slip…(Apologies on the audio quality on this episode)

Welcome to Movie Time Machine, where this week in 2002, your hosts need some help with their sleep. Host Jamie disappeared in a remote northern town, and it’s up to Chad, James, Casey and Kris to figure out his fate. Or, they’ll probably just discuss the movie Insomnia and wait to see if he turns up later. Join us!
Jamie’s Thoughts: Apart from being a compelling thriller, I love Insomnia because it shows Nolan’s range. Not unlike David Fincher breaking his norm and directing Panic Room, Insomnia is Nolan’s most restrained film, and arguably the most straightforward narrative of any of his movies. I love thinking about the complexities of dreams and space-time, but not every Friday evening. Sometimes it’s nice to just solve a mystery. Finally, Robin Williams is utterly haunting in his role, putting a finer point on his range as an actor. I miss him dearly.
