OUR FIRST RECORDING IN LA! And to celebrate our successful move we're watching movies that take place in LA, Kicking us off with La La Land! A movie that has a lot more controversy than you think.

Nick takes a firm stance that super bad is, at best an average movie.  Long story short everyone else thinks he's wrong...because he is. 

Trevor thinks Casino is one of the most overrated and self-indulgent films in Martin Scorses's filmography. Is his opinion trash or is this movie trash? You decide.

Trevor does his best to try and defend this movie but God himself couldn't find enough reason to suggest watching 2 and a half hours worth of this mess. 

This one gets spicy! Trevor and Nick battle it out to see whose opinion is fact and who is cap. 
This week's movie is a 1999 indie black COMEDY starring Guy Pearce and Robert Carlyle.  It's a mesh of cannibalism, political commentary, and divisive opinions. We follow a newly promoted army Captain who is stationed at a remote Army outpost on the Western frontier. After arriving at his new post, Boyd (Guy Pearce) and his regiment aid a wounded frontiersman, F.W. Colghoun (Robert Carlyle), who recounts a horrifying tale of a wagon train murdered by its supposed guide -- a vicious U.S. Army colonel gone rogue. Fearing the worst, the regiment heads out into the wilderness to verify Colghoun's gruesome claims.

In our very first fan recommendation episode, we talk about the Netflix original movie I care a lot. This was recommended by MrDuckphart himself. Also, Nick is drunk off his a$$ so this one is quite a rollercoaster. 

Where do I start with this dumpster fire? The three of us try to understand and comprehend what this movie is about and why it exists. This is filled with a couple of classic Trevor rants so get ready.

Per usual the boys get together a discuss this Cult Classic animated film The Iron Gaint. Which features the likes of OSCAR-winning director Brad Bird. JENNIFER ANISTON, VIN DIESEL, and CHRISTOPHER McDONALD.  Plus we make fun of Brie Larson.

Trevor, Cassius, and Nick talk about the cult classic stoner flick Super Troopers. In classic fashion, the three of us also go off on a couple of different talking points about NETWORK TV like GREY'S ANATOMY and how it's basically the worst TV show still on the air today and Mortal Kombat. From comedy group BROKEN LIZARD five over-enthusiastic but under-stimulated Vermont State Troopers raise hell on the highway. Between an ongoing feud with the local cops and the state government wanting to shut them down, the "Super Troopers" find themselves precariously and hilariously heading toward calamity as they try to avoid extinction.
