How do you move forward through adversity..?  Once you are within the adversity sometimes it is hard to see clear, see through the fog to find the way forward.  Daniel Mengel and I sat down to discuss how we can move forward, some of the tools we have learnt and used to move through our own adversity... Because we have all faced it at some point and hopefully found the way forward or at least found some lessons in the shadows...
