In this episode, we lean into the depths of the human experience with Christine Bissonnette, a poetry writing facilitator, Speech Arts teacher and Breathe-experience practitioner. In the same way breath has it's own cycles of expansion and contraction, so does life; and we ride along this rhythm as we journey through Christines experiences with letting go of ambition and learning how to slow down. We understand the contraction of breath and life through Christine's journey of fighting to be seen, feeling the need to prove herself and in trying to feel important; and we melt into the expansion as we learn to simply just allow, trust, surrender and embody. In this special episode, a fundamental unpicking unravels; an unpicking of judgdement, shame, guilt and lack of permission. With Christine, we let go of our attempt to control people's perception of us and our own perception of ourselves, and learn how to just BE - as we move from a place of 'longing' to 'belonging'.
Christine beautifully begins this episode with grounding us all in her breath practise, so get comfortable as we begin the episode :)
