Are there newer parts to yourself that are yearning to come online?
As you listen, there is an invitation to see the nature in ourselves and bodies, as Spring is dawning upon us, I invite us to see the Spring within ourselves, and reflect on the parts of ourselves that want to blossom. I ask - what seeds lie in the soil of our bodies and hearts that are yearning to grow? As we have let what wants to die, die, provide nourishment for these newer parts to ourselves that are waiting to come online.
I begin this episode with grounding us in our breaths. Letting the inhilation and exhilation be a mirror to the cyclical expansion and contractions of our lives. Our breath is a way of connecting to everything around us, as the very same air we breath touches the surroundings we see.
This episodes ends with feeling into unconditinal love. I invite you to feel into the feeling of another person who loves, sees and believes in you - and let that feeling sink into your body. As it is only love and kindness that can truly nourish the soil of our souls.

Aisha Janki is a muslim fashion, wellness and lifestyle content creator and influencer on Instagram, recently graduated from the university of Edinburgh, she navigates the path of post-uni life whilst also stepping into the unknown as she follows her heart into entrepeneurship. In this episode we navigate with Aisha on what it's like trusting your own gut, stepping into the unknown and taking the road less traveled. As a woman who's never really fit in, we journey with her on what it was like moving to a new country on her own at the age of 17, and the duality of being unafraid to take up space and have AUDACITY whilst also trying to fit in with a new crowd. This episode is almost like a coming of age film; for anyone at a cross-roads, who's recently come to an end of an era in their lives or is journeying on their own unique path and doubting if it's the right step... this episode is for you :)
