Are there newer parts to yourself that are yearning to come online?

As you listen, there is an invitation to see the nature in ourselves and bodies, as Spring is dawning upon us, I invite us to see the Spring within ourselves, and reflect on the parts of ourselves that want to blossom. I ask - what seeds lie in the soil of our bodies and hearts that are yearning to grow? As we have let what wants to die, die, provide nourishment for these newer parts to ourselves that are waiting to come online.

I begin this episode with grounding us in our breaths. Letting the inhilation and exhilation be a mirror to the cyclical expansion and contractions of our lives. Our breath is a way of connecting to everything around us, as the very same air we breath touches the surroundings we see.

This episodes ends with feeling into unconditinal love. I invite you to feel into the feeling of another person who loves, sees and believes in you - and let that feeling sink into your body. As it is only love and kindness that can truly nourish the soil of our souls.
