When I think back on 2023 there were so many things to learn from. The salon industry went a little quiet towards the last half of the year. When all 3 of your businesses revolve around hair you must course correct and cut costs. What I did not realize was the treasures I would uncover in the process. There was so much that I did not want to do but had to do. Now I am over the hump of irritation and moving forward in the direction of growth.
