This is more of a chronicle of events before my triple bypass heart surgery. I recorded this on November 24th 2023 but haven't been able to put it together to publish it until now. I want people to understand what I basically put myself through and what I want them to avoid. So it may not be love talk but it is loving yourself. And paying attention to yourself.
