Happy Monday y'all. This will be episode 4 and I'm excited to bring you some of the latest real estate news. I've reached out to an Elgin Facebook group regarding the 411 on future growth in Elgin. Tons of local Elginites (Is that a word?) commented and shared sources that I may tap into. I've definitely got my work cut out for me. I tried looking up real estate news for Elgin, Tx. No luck. I did find out that Space X is building a 520k square foot building down the road. Elon Musk wants to bore a tunnel from Austin to San Antonio. What?
