This week on Beyond Stillness: Stories After Stroke - We spotlight Guest Tia Palafox, a school counselor, tennis player, music lover, and community volunteer, who suffered a stroke in 2009 at age forty.   Tia shares ways she strives to accept her post-stroke self.  She was often called “superwoman” before the stroke and continues to push herself now.  Her story is entitled “Moving Toward Acceptance.”
