Welcome to “Photographer on journey”, the podcast of the exhibition “Joel Meyerowitz. Europe 1966–1967”, presented at the Museo Picasso Málaga from 15 June to 15 December 2024.

Paris, 1967. A year before May ’68, the revolution is not yet visible—but absurdity is, and Meyerowitz is drawn to what looks strange in plain sight. From a commercial shoot near Montmartre to a café terrace perched beside street works, the camera records the everyday as a collage of contradictions. Then the journey closes: Naples, a ship, and a final photograph—an old man releasing confetti into the wind. Credits: An original Museo Picasso Málaga production.
