Mommies this has been one hell of a year and yet we made it to the end. We're going into 2022 and we have to do it Queenin' style. I've been seeing so many moms bossing up and do the damn thing I couldn't be more proud. Continue to keep pushing queens! On great days, you keep going! On Irritating days, you keep going! on normal days, you keep going! On exhilarating days, you keep going! Walk into 2022 knowing you got this. PERODT!

Often when we discus resetting as moms.. we aren't really truly resetting for ourselves! We're mentally preparing ourselves to have a clear mind for our family & whatever we have got accustom too. This reset phase is about you and building strong mom-ships(friendships) with other women that can keep you uplifted and motivated to keep going. When your thinking about that business plan, call that mompreneur friend, when your in need of a spiritual lift call that spiritual friend that lifts you up! FRIENDSHIPS ARE IMPORTANT especially for us moms. 2021 is about building strong bonds, learning new things & elevating! LETS ELEVATE TOGETHER SIS

Motivation can be fleeting and there may not be a quick fix to immediately spike your motivation, but by trying out at least a few of the tips above, and by giving yourself grace, you can prevent having to carry around a lot of extra and unnecessary guilt from feeling inadequate. It’s tough staying motivated with a jam-packed schedule, but it’s not impossible. The key is to remember this: Too much thinking leads to an inability to do anything.

It's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you are going through the valleys of life. You wish life were always good. But tough times are inevitable, they will happen every so often, even if you put your best foot forward to try to avoid them. So, sooner or later, you’ll need to learn how to stay happy in the middle of a storm. The pay off is astronomical. Your heart and mind will thank you!

What does "Take Action Daily" really mean? It means just that! Do SOMETHING, ANYTHING that makes you and your soul feel at ease. Keep your mind going and energy pure. The woman in the rear view mirror deserves a ride in the front seat sometimes. Put your self on your own "to-do list" this year and TAKE ACTION DAILY. Identify your own strengths, there is something special about each and every one of you queenin' mommies. Think positive this year and act on every idea you think of, take baby steps and expect good things to happen!
